You want to stay awqay from fats after your slin shot, and you want simple carbs, chili has complex carbs

It really depends on the amount of fat the serving contains. Even though its recomended to minimize fats, or to have 0 fats, I still don't think there is anything wrong with having a few grams of fat anyway. I doubt those few grams will make any difference to your image/weight. So as I said, it depends on the amount of fat in the serving. More importantly though, make sure you still get the right amount of protein for that meal and right amount of carbs too. That is the first thing you worry about.

I agree with with gear as far as the fats. But the main deal is the carbs. If you're doing slin make sure you're taking ample carbs whether its liquid or solid or you WILL have trouble.

I would try to use as little fat in meals as possible after a shot of slin. If its only the onced or every now and again its no big deal, just dont make it a habit of it. Chicken and baked poateo is hard to beat.
