shipping igf in powder

hey im have trouble getting my igf due to being in vials.
my source ships his igf using express tracking and comes in powder form in blue tops vials. what will happen if i get him to remove it from the vial and put it in a dry plastic sealed bag and send it like powder . ?
it will take about 7 days to arrive.

is it possible ?

how effective will it be if i do this ?

that dosent answer my question. i dont want a igf source. i want to transport igf out of the vial in a plastic sealed bag so customs wont snatch it.

yeah thats cool . its the only way i can get igf . if its in a vial customs will snatch it 100% . if its in a snappy customs wont ever get it .
so i want to see if its possoible that i can do this so i can use igf ?

Bro im not a chemist but if there are specific instructions on reconstituting igf
so that you dont damage it when you add the water i sure wouldnt think you
could reasonably expect it to survive a transfer and a trip in a plastic bag.

i found my answer , i cant do it as the igd needs to stay in a pressuire ised enviroment or it ll become inactive
