HGH and Healing???...........................Help!
Fellow BB's,
I have 2 injuries that i am dealing with; Forearm and knee. Both have been hurting for over 1 month and stalling my progress at the Gym. Its very difficult to train around these injuries. My patience has run out and i want to try some medication to speed the healing the process (i've tried PT and Ice, etc).
From what i've read, Hgh is (by itself) not a bulking agent but will lean you out and "strengthen tendons and ligaments."
QUESTION(S)
1. Has anyone used Hgh (by itself) to heal an injury?
2. Can you use it "short term" to "specifically" heal an injury? (if so, how long did you use it for?)
3. If not short term to heal, then what period of time would you suggest to heal an injury?
thnks for constructive input

1) I haven't, but i did use it after my shoulder surgery.
2) Yes and I don't know.
3) None
Bro have you gone to the Doctors to see what it is that is injured? You should go to the Doc first, to see what is really going on in your body. Self diagnosis and medicating, isn't the best idea.

Ok...got the Dr's results...after xrays....he's determined that i probably have a tendon strain or sprain in my left forearm....and ...a tendon issue in my left knee (from heavy squats). He's recommending rest, anti-inflams and PT. I've already rested the areas for 1mth and don't really want to do anti-inflams. Most PT is a waste of time (in my opinion)....so my question is this:
QUESTION: Would a short cycle of HGH "help" resolve this issue?
