Ger xrays done by your doctor.Chances are they are closed at that age already.

Surgery? I guess I heard of something over in China where they break your legs and extend them. This girl told me about it.

Two things...#1. go find some nice ortho shoes with a 2" lift AND #2. You can try inversion and some stretching techniques. These are liekly not the safest method, but making and usng a stretching table could increase height by up to 3 inches (you didn't hear this from me since i think it is worthless and i say you shouldnt do it)...between shoes and stretching tables or possible inversion tables you can increase height by up to 4 inches fairly easily (between the two). I would not attempt this unless you are 20 y/o and literally below 5'4" or so, otherwise just 2" inch shoes are fine, they can be special ordered off the net.

No, GH will not make you taller if your growth plates are closed to the best of my knowledge. However, I read and heard stories of people, usually under 21 or so use GH and grow an inch or two. And I read that since Barry Bond's alleged use of GH, he grew an inch, and he was in his thirties! So on paper, no it is not possible, but yet I've heard of it happening. I've also heard rumors of berry's head substantially growing as well. That doesn't seem very healthy to me. Read up on Hyperplasia, because that is what happens on gh/igf-1. Your muscle tissue cells multiply/split etc, maybe making you taller and diffinatly permanatly bigger. Hypertropy comes from aas when your muscle cells just get bigger, but they don't multiply or anything. Don't quote me, but I think thats how it works. Hope that helps.
