    Question GH dosing strategy for 40 year old please help (MODS and VETS especialy)!

    For a 40 yr old man who is a competitive BB'er would the following dosing strategy be appropriate, previous experience with GH is as follows - 4IU PD. He has just finished competing and is having 4 weeks off GH and AAS, before starting off season courses of both GH and AAS.

    The new plan is to take only on training days, but an increased dose on these days:

    DAY 1 - 8IU
    DAY 2 - 8IU
    DAY 3 - OFF
    DAY 4 - 8IU
    DAY 5 - 8IU
    DAYS 6 + 7 - OFF

    Dose split throughout the day as follows: 2IU upon waking, 4IU post training and 2IU before bed.

    IMO this way of administering the GH would be more effective then the 4IU ED for gaining muscle, and would have less of a kickback or suppressive effect on his natural GH levels after finishing the course, what are your opinions?

    The GH will be taken in conjuction with AAS, but not sure what yet and will be run for as long as possible (several months, almost definitely more).

    Any opinions or evidence to support this dosing protocol would be greatly appreciated, so please leave your input.

    I am sorry I cannot offer you the answer you are looking for and hopefully someone here can. But, if you run this or a similar cycle would you post your results? I too am very interested in this type of information. I am not a professional BB, but rather an interested enthusiest. Thanks for the good thread and I will keep my eye on it as well.

    Why are you doing 4iu post training? HGH isn't like slin or LR3 IGF-1, it will not help shuttle nutrients to the damaged muscles. It could have the opposite effect. You need carbs with your post workout meal/shake to replace the glucose that was used during training.

    I wouldn't supplement GH before bedtime, you will shut off your natural GH pulse which occurs 2 hours after you fall asleep. You are better off taking it ED or 5/2 or 6/1 broken up into smaller doses. 4x2iu/ed is better than 2x4iu/ed.

    I love GH at 6+ iu/day but can't afford the price tag as I only use prescription FDA approved and USA made GH. If you can pay the price, go domestic, there is a difference.

    Not sure why your boy stopped the GH for 4 weeks, I wouldn't have, unless he needed to have a 2 week break before the contest, then he should have gotten right back on. Make sure he gets his PSA testing done at least 2x a year.
