    IGF1-LR3...10 days out till my comp log...

    Well i have ddecided to take a run at IGF pre comp..i had trouble getting a yes or no answer on it, but i got great advice from the guys in here and i will apply that to my current cycle and keep it updated...did my first shot this morning and it was painless and really easy...not sure if site injections work, but i went into my delt this morning...

    4% BF
    on stage in 10 days, dont really need to lose any more bf, but i cant hurt. i am hoping to use it to help with filling me out and maybe bringing out more vascularity, and making me a little harder and grainier...

    Diet, now everyday it changes but really only my cabrs are going to be lowered and even that is only by 25g-50g and that is all. i know i need to keep my protein high, and it is better to use IGF when bulking or cuttin if you can keep kcal and carbs higher but, it is an effective fat burner, and will help no doubt...

    630am---- 40min cardio @ 65%Hr, abs and calves
    745am---- 40g protein shake
    800am---- 100mcg IGF shot IM all one shot ed
    830am---- 10oz turkey, and 75g of carbs from sweet poato, 1 cup brocoli
    11am ---- 10oz turkey, 1 cup brocoli

    500pm---- train

    So there is my diet, and i am still running 100mg tren ed for 2 more days, 100mg winny caps till day of show, letro at .5mg ed, 200mg potassium supplement, vitamin c, b6 & b12...

    I will be updating this every morning, after my injection, and i hope to have great things to report soon...please feeel free to ask me anything and if i am doing something wrong please help...all comments are greatly appreciated, and i have pics up in the comp Q&A forum....

    Sounds risky to add a compound you're not familiar with this close to the comp, but I think you'd do fine WEBB. One think to note however is that some people report hypo-like symptoms if carbs aren't high enough, or at least consistant throughout the day.

    I'll be watching this log closely. Good luck brotha.

    yeah i was concerned about going hypo too, but as long as i do it in the am before i have my carb meal, then i should be ok...also they say the hypo symtems are not nearly as severe and that it takes way less carbs to prevent it...i also agree this is risky, but i have doing a lot of research and i think it will make a positive contribution to the show prep...a lot of good people suggested how to do it and they gave first hand reports that it works really well and will give me the added edge...i will keep this posted every day and if the time come to deplete carbs and i am nto satisfied or think it is hindeing me i will stop immediately...

    If thats you in your avatar I'm jealous as hell. And if thats your diet I'm also jealous, because there is no way a diet like that would work for me. Where is the fat in the diet Webb? Are you taking any fat supplements at all? Your back is smoking dude!!!

    how old are you Webb?

    i have been following znaks IGF log and he has received amazing results however he is 50 (give or take) and so he would experience a much more dramatic effect

    i am interested in seeing how a younger user progresses with this compound

    i myself am 26 and in my 2nd week of igf 40mcg ED and havent noticed any results as of yet

    That's why I didn't comment on injecting PWO as most people practice.

    It should work well for you. But everyone reacts so differently to LR3, that it's hard to know for sure. The fact that you're willing to stop administering the IGF should it become detrimental to your contest prep, tells me you'll be just fine

    i am 27 years old....

    that is my diet for the next 10 days or so up to the comp, it changes daily, but that is basically it...i take in 1tbsp flax before bed, for fats and thats all, i am not going to be usinf flax after this weekend either, i cut it out a week out...that is me in my avy, thanks for the compliments man....

    i only am running it for the last ten days because i had trouble getting it here and it just arrived...i wanted to run it longer, but it just didnt work out...i will also continue to run it after the show to slow down the amount od fat and water i put on fromeating everything i can find after the show...

    well...i went and trained tonight and i dont know if it is a placebo effect or it can be the IGf already, but man did my chest get pupmed, and i fely good...especially this close to a comp i am usually drained, and cant get a good pump, but today was nice....took some pics after and i looked grainy, and had a huge veins through out my chest....i will update again in the am after cardio...

    It could be the IGF already. I took it before for 20 days but at a lower dose and got some really crazy pumps off it! Good luck in your comp man....thick and shredded bro!

    i hated chicken first, then when i switched i was pumped, but yeah it is gettin tiresome now...4 pounds a day...

    Gear, can IGF make you hold extra water at all...i started yeaterday and my weight is up 1.7 pounds....i know it is all water...i was also taking an anti-inflamitory for my knee pain....so i know that can cause slight water retention also....but i was just curious if IGF can also....

    I wouldn't say it can mate. I know it's nearly show time, but it's the last few days out from the show when you'll loose most of the water you're holding.

    Well around 400pm i went in and got weighed and my weight actually is up 2 pounds, which i know is water, because i was taking an anti-inflammitory for my knee pain...so i have stopped them and took a diuretic tea before the gym.....My training was slow to start felt tired as usuall now, but when it was time to go i felt like i should do more and didnt wanna leave...the thought of going home for turkey was the only reason i left....I did a quick pose down in the change room and i looked really tigh and vascular...my abs are the only place i really have to lose a lot of water, and that will dry up on thursday next week...all in all so far it has only been 2 days and i just did injection number thress, so i am anxious to see how i am monday night, when i do my carb depletion training....I do not feel anymore tired than ususall when i diet for a show, and my hunger cant really get any worse, but my knees actually feel good this morning....

    Went and got weighed again yesterday after stopping the anti-inflamitories, and my weight is back to where it should be...233lbs...still holding a bit of water, but in the morning i look flat but dry and abs really show up good...

    Now for the good stuff....I am feeling unreal, the energy is amazing, my knees have stopped hurting as bad....i get great pumps in the gym, and after i lookk really full and tight...i think i have lost a bit around my middle, based on how i look in the am, and my diet has not changed, and wont now till monday....all in all i think this was a great idea to do, and i know it will make a difference for the better...I am done with my tren injections, and now just on 150mg winny ed till show time....also taking potassium to help with cramping, and still my regular vitamins...i am stopping protein shakes after today, and today is my last leg day also....

    Stopping protein shakes today, so i will be doing my injection just befreo meal one now....IGF has worked wonders on my knees...there were getting so bad walking was tough and posing was impossible, now i am a little stiff in the morning, but after cardio they are great....i am getting a freaky split in my bicep now, and my shoulders are really leaning out...my water is gone especially in the am, but i am so hungry when i go to bed it si hard to sleep...i can see why this is better suited when bulking...but i am way harder and vascular so i am very pleased so far...not sure about my weight, prolly wont weigh in again till friday night...i had a lot of energy yesterday am, but i was kinda tired today....very good experience so far, and cant wait to see what happens in the next few days during depletion, and especially when i load on thursday friday...

    It is awesome having weveryone behind me on this, and really has made a difference for sure, just gotta stay focused and make sure i bring hom e the trophy for ya'll...

    Oh My God!!!!!!!!!!!

    I just got back from my depletion training, all upper body....man i had the craziest pumps ever....felt like ripping my shirt off, i looked like i was 240 pounds and felt tight as nails....vascular as ever, and still strong....IGF is the sh1t and worth every penny...i will never run a cycle with out it....it is unreal....i honestly can not describe how happy i was today at the gym, looked 240 felt like i was at 280 i was so tight every where....unreal man....made my day.....didnt wanna leave....well i did, but ya know what i mean....

    So needless to say i am pretty happy the way things are going and i can say without a doubt IGF will be in every contest prep from now on...i will run it from longer out though, not just the last ten days....

    Where are you shooting the IGF1? Different locations? Any correlation to body part worked?

    Sounds like some outstanding results - I wonder if they may be enhanced by the fact that you are already on the "razor's edge" pre-comp?

    Well like i said i had the greatest work out in years last night, and i was so pumped and ripped, i felt like i was 260 pounds in a 125pound body...unreal is an understaement, one excersise and i was pumped, tight, vascular, and looked really big....

    Had a terrible headache last night, kept me from sleeping, took a couple ibuprofen to help and i feel asleep ok....didnt wanna take em, cause i hold water on them buut if i stayed awake i would have died.....also i ate at 7pm, and at 8pm i was so hungry my stomach ached worribly, so i had another small piece of turkey and it helped, then i ate again at 945pm...i think the starving feeling and stomache ache contributed to my headache, not the IGF...


    Busy day today, hoping my training goes as well as it did yesterday, and i will update later when i get home....

    I love being called a FREAK...so thank you, makes it all worth while...and i am glad the journal has helped some people....

    yeah....so close...2 days of torture, then i start to load....


    As for the IGf..i am getting headaches at night, same time for the last 2 days now...right about now, 9pm...i am thinking it is becaus eof the low carbs, but i cant really add any, cause i need to deplete, and i have 150g earlier in the day, i guess i could have 75 after my IGf inj. and the 75g later on in the night...but i wanna ensure total depletion for thursday morning, i will take an ibuprofen and hope for the best...thursday i should have 500g of carbs so i will have plenbty, so headaches wont be an isuue...othere than that the IGF has been a true god send for pre comp....highly reccomended to anyone...

    are you tightening up even more from it? Did you have the saem great pumps during your workout today??

    yeah had another great workout, and i seem a little tighter, but i am still holding some water....till thursday night then it will be gone and i will dry out...like i said i have a bit of a headache at night and i think it is ffrom low carbs, so i tried 4oz of oj to see if that help, and i took 2 ibuprophen also...
