    Diet Do's/don't with Hgh

    What are the most important diet issues while using Hgh to maximize it's potential?Meal times before after injection?

    Let me clarify, what type of foods should i avoid before and after my a.m. and afternoon inj. I saw a post(I don't remember where) that talked about not eating 1 hour before and 2 hours after? I haven't started my gh yet wanted to clear up the detail aspect.
