    Combining IGF-1 Long R3 and HGH

    Has anyone used these at the same time? Is there a greater benefit or am I just wasting time and money? I know I can only use the IGF for about 50 days, and I plan to be on HGH for well over 6months so that isn't a problem. What are you thoughts?

    I think that IGF-1 Lr3 is only good to use for up to 5 weeks at 40-80 mcgs ed. Then receptors down regulate and it stops being effective.

    Read up on IGF1 in the profiles section - it has references to research papers that study this question, and in depth.
