    Getting into shape >

First of all, I'm new to this forum and the world of gym "supplements"

This is a brilliant forum - thanks guys...

I've been training with a buddy for about 6 months now and I'm starting to get into shape - dropped from 350 to 320 pounds - 5'10" - probably still packing about 80 pounds extra.

I'm looking at a cycle (?) of Gh with Clenbuterol to help me over the advantage line (with a good diet too)

Would this be the best route to follow or do you guys suggest another course ?

Please advise - I'm new to this and would really like to head off in the right direction.

    Cheers,

I am no expert on GH by any means but am offering my opinion.

I would stick with a clean diet to lose the additional weight(80 pds) as it has been working well for so far(and should).

I do not feel GH would give you any noticeble fat loss over what your diet is already doing for you at your stage in the game and at your bodyweight(320pds).....IMO.

    Hope this helps

    Thanks fossilfuel7

From all the reading up i've done on HGH, my understanding is that this is the perfect time to take GH - 38 yo, body's a bit tired and outta shape etc...the benefeits of GH should (?) help in adding value to my workout sessions, recovery & motivation - help fat loss, lower cholesterol etc...am I wrong ?

Think of GH as a finishing drug. It's not a super weightloss drug. Like juice, you should be at 15% bf or lower when starting. GH will get rid of that stubborn/sticky fat around your midsection, pec area, lower back, etc. after you've dieted down.

You just need to expend more calories than you're taking in while eating enough protein to not catabolize muscle. So that's diet, cardio, training and more cardio until you get to 15% bf or lower.

I could not agree more! That is exactly when GH should be utilized for fat loss.

another vote for this advice. Run a 1000 cal/day dificit and every 3.5 days you loose a pound. Do this instead of hgh for 180 days, and learn
your way around the gym while you drop 50 pounds. Gonna be hard to
do though because certain female distractions kick in with this kind of transformation

Yea, all good advice, loose the weight and use GH to reset your clock. (metabolism) consolidate and keep the weight off.
