I think you need to be running extremly high doses for a long time to get these sides

After a few month I experienced some bloating, but after a few weeks it went away. I also had numb hands for a few months. But, these were the normal sides that everyone seems to experience.
I do not think anyone running normal doses would ever experience something like that. I think the first negative side effect people notice who are taking large amounts is HGH gut. But I think this is for people taking 20IUs per day or more. If you are taking 4-6 IU's per day, I do not think you will experience any negative sides especially when compared to the common risks associated with AAS.

Even if you take a high dose...you still have to be genetically prone to acr*****ly(rare) before you would experience this particular side effect.

Aids patients take 18 iu's per dose. Seems we would have heard about it.

That's the last side most will experience. I havent heard of too many experiencing it but of course its possible.

As already stated Aids patients take a very high dose and you dont hear of them getting that very often.

I think that you have to be young to get it. At 30+, when HGH becomes most effective, you are not likely able to get it.

if you are extremely sensitive to it, then its even possible with tren /deca ...
they look molecular-wise quite a bit to HGH, and they can connect to the hgh-receptors when levels are high....
