don't know of any studies supporting the use of HGH for endurance athletes. It will, however, help with tendinitis, aches and pains associated with training, etc.....I know it reacts differently with everyone but I retain about 5lbs of water when on so this is something to think about. I know how important weight control is for endurance athletes. Also it would definitely help with recovery from workouts, something to think about.

I don`t have any medical references, but I experienced a lot of effect on my cardiac capacity at 3,3 iu a`day for 100 days. It was great. I`am currently on 3,3 iu a`day and my cardiac capacity have increased this time to.
I need less rest between workouts on hgh.
As stated: HGH had this effect on me -I don`t know how you will react.

According to Dr. Ronald Klatz, author of "Grow Young With HGH" HGH goes very well in conjunction woth with high intensity aerobic exercise.

    You should have good results

HGH is one of the preferred meds of endurance athletes. You will not see results like winstrol or anavar , but you will find yourself feeling better and better at the same efforts.

This is very interesting. I'm going to be training for the London Marathon next year, and have been looking at thinks that initially help with weight loss as I'm far to big to be traipsing round 26.2 miles, but hadn't thought about HGH seriously regarding training.

It does seem that not enough research has been done so far on this side of things.

I am a fat old guy. I am doing cardio 6 days a week for 40 min. I have been using hgh for a short time, but i am already beginning to see improvements in my level of effort. three weeks ago My HR would get into the 140-145 range, now I am in the 150 to 160 range. My anerobic threshold is just a bit over 160. Working out in the 150-155 range is real comfortable for me now.

I started my cardio program back in may. I started hgh two weeks ago. It seemed to have a rather immediate effect on my endurance. It surprised me. But even in this short period of time I can tell you I generally feel better and more energetic. Some of the improvment is due to the fact that I work out hard every day, but at my age progress tends to be more gradual.

    How much do you use?

I don't have a clue about this sort of think, and I'm bit concerned having needles in the house with a 14 year old son about.

I am doing 3iu 5/2. No sides so far.

Go to the local office supply store and get a small document lock box with a combination lock. That should keep your stuff secure. Get another one for used needles until you can properly dispose of them.

    Cheers good idea.

He's a good kid, but you never know who he may bring into the house when I'm at work!!

Let me know how it goes.

Children are naturally curious and often get into things they shouldn't. Can't change human nature.
