Yeah, GH makes me tired as hell. Once I nod off I'm done for the night.
That is weird but some people react differently. Tell her to go the doctor and do a blood check. Sounds like overactive thryoid? Maybe her andrenline is being stimulated? Does she feel edgy?

Does she take it in the AM or before bed? I've heard of this from folks who take it in the evening - try it first thing in the morning.

For a while I was taking GH in the middle of the night. I had a hard time
going back to sleep. Needless to say I wait until morning now. It should
be out of her system in a few hours. Most middle age people have trouble
sleeping. It comes with age. Wal Mart has a over the counter pill called
Sleep Aid. It knock out my old lady. If she has drugh coverage Ambien
is good. Bottom line, just don't see how it could be related to GH.

Yeh, tough one. Ufa is right - in theory the stuff should have run its course within 4 hours or so, making the GH seem less likely to be the culprit. If her natural GH production is way low taking before bed might actually help, but she might want to talk to her M.D. first. Benadryl works wonders...

the sleeping sides good or bad will get better with time...
like 4 weeks...
she could try lowering the dose.. 1.5 for a woman to start seems high..
i put my wife on that dose, and she gained weight... not a happy person..The answer to your every question
