    Injection site

    I've read that HGH is better injected into the inner thigh rather that the stomach. Any validity to this? Both are sub-q. Are there more capillaries for uptake?

    Can do it in either if you want. Stomach is a lot easier IMO

    Sub-q is Sub-q.

    Some believe localized injections can spot reduce fat, maybe that's the reason for the inner thigh .

    unless your a girl you probably have the most fat around the middle.... I would hit that... thighs just sounds painfull too...
