insulin - worth it for growth

I am in wk 4 of s a sus/deca cycle. Is slin just pwo worth the hassle? The hassle being to worry about food intake for 6 hours after injection. I am considering the otc R version. I read such mixed reviews on slin here. What is the group experience?

stats 34, 225, 5'10" 17%. Goals - 240 and then dieting down to 215 at 10%. advice.

Insulin won't bring many benefits in regards to growth, but it's great for recovery, and recovery is very important when it comes to growing, so perhaps over time insulin can make a difference in terms of growth it just won't happend right away.

In terms of effectiveness, Humalin R is the same as Humalog. Humalin R is a bit more of a hassle to use because it lasts longer that's all.

What ever you do just ensure you know what you're doing and make sure you know everything on nutrients side of things too.
