when not to eat on HGH

I was told not to eat anything 1 hour before or 1 hour after doing my HGH injection. This is a real pain but one I have been getting use to. Getting real sick of waking up at 3 or 4am and having to fill and shoot. then try to go back to sleep. I assume protein shakes count as eating is that correct.

So then a protein shake would be fine then?

Thanks for the good news. I wonder what my consultant was talking about no eating cause it will be so much easier to be able to not have to worry about having a shake before or after.

hgh lowers insulin sensetivety. so by eating carbs too close to hgh injection you will have an elevated bloodsugar level for a prolonged period of time wich can lead to typeII diabetes in the long run.

    as said pro/fat is fine.

and i would suggest to always take some chromium and ALA with it.

The GH is expensive and I'm not 100% sure it did a whole lot for me. So, I did the GH for 12 weeks, should I continue to use it for a longer period to really see its effects. I am using 3iu 5/2.

I've never had a problem or noticed anything negative from doing so, I take GH in the am with breakfast (low GI carb/generally oats).. After lunch with meal 3 or 4 (another low GI carb/ either yams/WWpasta/B.rice), then again PWO normally with Amino's, then 20mins following slin/IGF with higher GI carbs..

wow your shooting all day long. So far been working up slowly started at 2iu ed 5/2 now at 3.5 iu ed 5/2 so and am in my 5th week. think next week will go to 4 iu ed 5/2 started and start breaking up injections 1 morning and 1 evening.
I started GH 3 weeks before aas cycle ended and so far have not seen any loss in strength or size gained during cylcle but only 2 weeks into pct although body fat is melting away. So far love GH

    thanks for the help

lol, i guess you are. got a question for you. how do you go about keeping it cold all day long do you preload and then just keep them on ice. I have been being so carfull not to let the stuff get shaken up was kinda worried that bouncing around in a car might be to much.

If it's preloaded in a syringe then it cant be shaken.
I put it in a cooler with my food for the day next to the coldpacks, then it sits by my desk or in my office until I need to use it. It can sit at room temp for quite a while before it goes bad, just don't let it get hot or sit in the car.
