He really needs to get his diet in check if he wants to maximize fat loss. Try and eat 5-6 meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism pumping

When I woke up today not only was it my birthday, but I just felt very beat down. This is normal for me at the begining of an intense cardio and lifting routine. So I am going to make the best out of it. I am supposed to hit legs today, but we'll see how I'm feeling around 5 pm.

Meal 1: 1 cup oats w/ 1.5 scoops of muscle milk
Meal 2: 8 oz steamed chicken w/ broccoli, string beans
Meal 3: 2 egg yolks, 6 whites, 3/4 cup oats, 3 grams flaxseed, 1/2 banana
Meal 4: sushi (eel roll with double eel, salmon roll, spicy tuna roll)
Meal 5: 2 chicken breasts, 1 scoop of muscle milk in water

There was no way that I could have went to the gym today and had a good leg day. So I took the day off and am gonna hit legs then 40 min cardio tomorrow.

I consumed too much muscle milk today. This is because I ran out of groceries and didn't get a chance to go shopping yet today.

I care what he eats. If hes using the fragment and eating crap its not going to make any noticable difference. Why not post diet and the measurements, weights ect..

Well Obviously we care what he eats, but the Point is to post post weight, measurements with it so theres a marker of progress....otherwise it would be a diet/cardio log right????

Excuse me Captain D but this is my log and I can write whatever I want in it. I write down my diet because it motivates me to eat better and to keep track of every thing from training, diet, off days, etc. If it bothers you that much just look away.

Rodosman, i was simply making a suggestion, i said it in my post, ITS NOT A FLAME, apparently you cant read that well...the people on here want to know if it works or not..and thats what your log was missing, you did fine on the diet part but without a measurement of progress theres no way to judge how effectively it works, no reason to go PMS...

Hey guys, sorry I havent posted in a few days. I had a family emergency to tend to in which I had to cease my log and Fragment cycle. I don't feel too motivated to continue it at this time.

sorry about the emergency... great approach to log...but when things get straightened out, would you mind including the most important part of the log...your results!? ie....your current weight, any possible temp increases, change in hormonal feelings, body fat, strength up or down? anything you feel that will be beneficial....im on the edge of my seat longing to purchase some, yet feel that there is not enough concrete evidence to support this products expectations. Is anyone else out there logging there results, if so please post a link to where this can be found

Sorry all, I did not do it long enough (only 10 days) to really see any type of results. I didnt have any side effects though for the 10 days i was on it. I think I would have at LEAST needed 4 week on it to see real results.
