I have read all the threads and the directions and the first part in the instructions "use a 2-3ml water solution only use the water supplie) and measure vial dose accordingly" is confusing. Can i just put the sodium chloride (10ml) in the vial with the powder and mix and its good to go? Thank you for your time.
