NOT able to break down simple carbs?

I have talked to some trainers and they have told me that IGF can cause you to not be able to break down simple carbs and possibly become diabetic....some one tell me if this is true...

I'm no expert here..but isn't it true that cycling IGF improperly or abusive use can cause diabetes?

It does play around with your BG levels a bit yes, but I doubt one would become diabetic from it. Insulin is a lot worse and most people never have any troubles.
