    lr3igf-1 dosage?

    I´ve been reading that 10mcgs of igf-1 equals about 5ius of hgh but that means that 30mcg would be 15ius hgh is 50-100mcgs of igf-1 really necessarey then

    Most are happy with 60 - 100mcg p/day. Try your doses and see how you go.

    i know i would rather be doing 15iu of hgh then 30mcg lr3 igf-1.

    but as gear said a dose around 80mcg is what most are happy with.

    Out of curiosity..Why would you rather take 15iu hgh rather than 30mcg igf??
