What muscles can IGF be injected into?

Just got a question from my brother!

Is it ok to do IM shots of IGF-1 into traps, lats and back of neck as he competes in mma? Sounds stupid i know but i'd rather ask than say yes to it!
Also is subq into belly area as good for gains?

    He is 6'1
    205 lbs
    14% bf

    2 cycles under his belt.

Im not a pro, Ive used it for one 4 week cycle and I did shoot it IM (Lats, Bis, Traps, Calves, Chest etc.) I did mot shoot sub-q but I know you can, but most agree IM post workout in the muscle trained. I always heard NOT to shoot sub-q in belly areas cause your intestines are located in that region and they have the most IGF receptors. Which some believe would give a greater chance for intestinal growth. So I just shot IM ONLY. even in days when I didnt train I just shot it in my calves or delts anyways.
