This is from what I know, I could be wrong. Maybe someone will verify my answer.

Should I Igf be taking on off days? This is up to how much you can afford. Most people take it only on days they train and shoot it PWO. For those you can afford to do on non-workout days, its shot in the moring to get your body out of catabloic state.

It really depends on what you're taking your LR3 for. It is really good at leaning you out significantly while holding scale weight, and for shuttling nutrients to your muscles (doing likely 50% of the work of insulin ), giving your nice muscle fullness and the like. If you are wanting to lean out, then taking it everyday makes pretty good sense, and in my experience you are going to see more satisfying results more quickly.

If on the other hand you are ONLY interested in recharging worked out muscles, and potentially adding new muscle cells, then certainly taking your LR3 on workout days would be a reasonable approach, and one that might save you a bit of cash. The right answer for you is really going to boil down to your specific goal for the addition of the peptide. Best of luck.

I have read that EOD is the way to go because your receptors don't shut down as quick. that fits into my workout schedule.

I would shoot it pwo on your workout days to keep receptors fresh. And I wouldn't shoot in the AM to avoid potential spillover effects.

as far as your receptors go you should only be on igf for a month anyway.
