    Hi
I'm very interesting about Igf-1 lr3 cycle,How many weeks on and how many weeks off.Do you also prefer 7 days on during week or as with HGH 5 days on 2 days off.Soon I will start my first cycle so I'm curious in your opinion

PWO stands for post workout in my above post

do you train 7 days a week?

just inject right after your workout for 4-5 weeks and then take 4-5 weeks off

It is very common to inject 2x daily, once in the morning before breakfast and then PWO.

If you only lift 2 times a week you really have no reason to use any sorts of enhancement drugs.

bro, you're not gonna find a clear cut answer because there isnt one.

the users who take it on off days, tend to take take it first thing upon waking up in the morning.

although, i believe the majority stick to PWO for several reasons, financial reasons im sure being one of them.

i work out 5 times a week and when i run igf, i stick to PWO only.

    good luck.

    How so guys?

After taking off for 3 years..I have been lifting for 10 months and have gained considerable size and strentgh naturally @225 15% 5'11.

Oh and I do have DEDICATION and only lift twice a week because of my tendonosis in both elbows and I get good results from training a bodypart once a week.

I've also been told that GH or IGF injections could help my Tendonosis problems by reputable people.

So anyway....I would still like to know (please) what would be a good protocol for cycling IGF if I only lifted twice a week?

The real reason IGF is injected PWO into the muscle just worked is that the pump in that muscle has created an ideal enviroment for IGF to do its magic. This means that the IGF will saturate the muscle that was just worked much more then the rest of the body, although it is systemic and will still travel through your whole body. If a large percentage of the IGF is bound to the receptors in the muscle that leaves less of the peptide to be attached to areas we don't want, ie intestines, heart etc...

Try this for a cycle, it is very similiar to what many other people are just starting to do. If you only work out 2 times a week you want to take advantage of that and pin PWO on your workout days and pick one other day preferably somewhere in the middle between your workout days and pin twice bilaterally about 4-6 hours apart. That means inject one bicep for example at 10:00AM and pin the other at 2-4PM. Just try and make sure that you are pinning 3X a week with at least a day in between each injection to try and even out the dosing.

BTW do you gyus train only one group of muscle each session?FOr example biceps and PWO you just inject IGF-1 Lr3 in that group? What about if someone train 2 or more group of muscle each session for example back, biceps, triceps.Where should he inject Igf-1?In biceps only or in each group?(back-that would be a little bit difficult to do by myself;biceps and triceps)?????

Because IGF1 is systemic even if you train 3 bodyparts in one workout the IGF1 will be drawn to all these areas. If you have one bodypart out of the two or three you just trained that you want improved always do the injection there to take advantage of any localized growth opportunities.

    Thanks Hardcomp!

How many grams of higher glycemic indexed carbs do I want to take with the injections?

How many Iu's or mcg'swould I want to take for each shot?

Personally I don't worry about consuming carbs after pinning IGF1 because its effects are not that pronounced and my regular eating habits are more then enough to combat any chance of going hypo. Just make sure that after your workouts and pinning IGF1 you comsume some whey isolate along with simple carbs. This really should be something like 50-100g dextrose or maltodextrin but in the case of IGF1 some fruit juice immedietely will suffice. If you pin on an off day again even making sure you have some simple sugars ingested afterward should be enough. Feel your body out however, I am used to doing slin cycles and found zero hypoglycemic effects from IGF1. Although I might never know since I only pin PWO and always have simple sugars in my drink mixed PWO wether I am on an insulin cycle or not.

I would start with 40mcg split into two shots of 20mcg each bi-laterally, so an example after training bi's each bicep would be shot with 20mcg's.
