Times to take HGH

I'm not sure if anybody can help me on this. I work shift work. i.e. start at 8 p.m. and finish at 8 a.m. for half of the time and start at 8a.m. and finish at 8 p.m. the other half of the time. Hope this sounds ok.

My question is would my body still produce its own growth hormone in the night or would it produce the hormone for me in the morning when I finish working at 8 a.m.

Sorry if this is a little confusing but any help would be appreciated as I'm curious if I work gh around my work schedule would it optimise it.

your natural gh production is not about the time of day, its about sleep....

its peak occurance is generally about 1-2 hours into your sleep
