    Some help on IGF cycle...please

    Hey guys, I already ran my cycle by you guys before and was wanting to throw some IGF into, but don't know where or when to start.

    Real quick, here is my layout: First show is on July 7th. Dropping oils 4 weeks out. Was Planning on running like this

    16 weeks from show.

    1-12 Prop
    1-11 Fina
    4-12 Masteron
    1-15 Ldex
    11-3 days till show Var

    Was wondering on when to start IGF and should stop it.
