    2/1 or ed

    I'm confused on what would work better for me using igf,I work shift work 24on 48 off,and don't work out on the 24hrs I'm at work,only on the 2 days I'm at work,so my Q is what would be the better way too run the igf,only on the 2 days post workout or every day?this will be used as part of a pct.

    Run it PWO only.
    IM bi-laterally into muscle just worked IMMIDIATE PWO.
    80mcgs dose ( split 40/40mcgs ).
    4 weeks on 4 weeks off.
    Good PWO shake 15-20min after pin.
    You will like.
    Search this forum there is a wealth of knowledge to be learned.

    NB. Be aware of going hypo. It happens to many of us here at 80-100mcgs.

    thanks for the reply ,by the way I'm a border line hypo naturaly,have been for about a year n a half (only after workouts).
    For those of you that have experianced hypo issues,have any of you gone back too normal blood sugar levels?
    Ive noticed the more lean weight I put on (natty or gassed up) the harder it is for me too make it threw the day w/out experiancing any low blood sugar problems,

    I go hypo very easy if I wait to long to eat, my blood sugar drops down in the low 40's. When I took IGF I started drinking my PWO shake right after I pinned, GH drops my blood sugar also.
