Reconstitution

guys, i reconstitute my first vial of GH..so i draw the BW to the syringe and i pull the water out and when i stick the needle to the Jintropin vial,it jus got straight in byitself as i read 'DO NOT INJECT STRAIGHT INTO THE POWDER WITH FORCE, doing so would damage the cells. You need to let the water gently slide down the side of the vial'.
i wasnt applying anyforce but the water run into the vial itself as soon as i inject the syringe into the vial
is there any way how to do it smooth?

yes thats because the vial is vaccuum sealed...

when inserting the BW-loaded syringe into the hgh vial, squeeze the plunger with your finger tips to make sure u hold the plunger in place, or else the vaccuum will instantly starting sucking out the BW which you have seen...

also, make sure you keeping that hgh vial on at least a 45 degree angle


you can also insert an empty syringe and draw out the air....but i use above method as it is so easy and you can preserve the vaccuum seal

thnaks very much...so does it mean that the GH is no good as it sucks the Bw and it is little cloudy as in not clear..i can still use it or no?

no prob...

well hard to tell based on verbal information...swirl the hgh around gently for awhile to see if it settles down and cloudiness goes away

after that, its a personal judgement call....if it remained significantly cloudy, i might unfortunately chuck it

ok.. so yea its clear from the centre and lil cloudy around the vial...is there any harm if i still inject as i was reading in one thread where the guy drop it on the floor and it was cloudy and he still use it or is it better to chuck it?
if yes what a waste
just ot make sure i wont do the same mistake again ..squeeze the plunger withg fingertips as in hold it back when i insert the needle in the Gh Vial and angle it at 45deg and then release it

its a personal preference as it depends on how many iu you will be taking in...

but if you use 1ml of BW on 10iu vial, then every '10' mark on an insulin pin is 1iu

if taking 4iu = '40' mark using 1ml BW

yah, squeeze the plunger where it meets the barrel with your finger tips. the idea is to hold the plunger in place so the vaccuum does not suck it in

its very simple, you'll see on your next try....if your worried, practice on the cloudy hgh vial ya got

as far as whether to use that vial or not, from your description, it does not seem that bad. i would let it sit in the fridge and then probably just use it tomorrow morning (im assuming thats when your next shot is due?).
i have read this situation discussed before and i think the only concern here is that the hgh may be damaged, or at least not be as effective....but better than tossing it in the garbage

i'm pretty sure youre okay if it's clear in the center ... i did that same thing with my 2nd vial, early in the morning, not thinking too good ... it was clear in the center with a ring of bubbles around the vial .. i went ahead and used it and decided to jump from 2IUs to 4IUS ed in case it was damaged ... like, in about three days i started getting serious aching joints sides and had to drop right back down to 2IUs ... so hadda figger it was still near or perfectly good ... talked to my HRT clinic rep about it later, and he told me to completely ruin a vial you just about have to shake it real hard hard in your hands until the whole solution turns to bubbles ...

but yeah, i dont take chances, just like PLZR said pinch the plunger between yer thumb and finger with it pulled all the way back when you insert the pin into the vial, and let it slide slowly through thumb and finger, dripping down the side of 45 degree angled vial ...

whats wrong, cant squeeze that plunger in place when reconstituting?

well if you choose to remove the air, then it would obviously need to be done prior to reconstitution. so yes you can use the same insulin pin to do this and reconstitute, just make sure your wiping all surfaces down properly with alcohol

take a new insulin pin, stick it in the vial of hgh and aspirate some air. there is no set amount as it can vary from every vial, just pull back for about 1/2cc

remove pin, push out air and continue with reconstitution....the hgh vial should now have little to no force in sucking in the plunger when inserting. then discard this pin, dont use it to inject yourself.
