    must you

    must you use insulin while using igf r 3 long my friend told me that it wouldnt work if i dont use it along with it

    not neccesary, and IMO not recommended for just anyone...

    I would not use the two in conjuction with each other when first starting out. IGF will enhance the effects of slin, allowing you to use less of it with more of an effect. Not advisable for newbies.
