The chest is one of the muscles that usually get pretty big on most people. I would use it on lagging bodyparts or nagging injuries.

BI's are actually pretty easy, press down on the spot you want to inject with your alcohol swab and it will enable you to see a vein free spot, but still aspirate before injecting. You're going to like the results.

Ya I sometimes hit a vein. Shitty little bruise. The old lady looks at me like I am a drug addict with track marks LOL !!!!!!!
jbarkley- Took me a few hits but the bis are fun too.
