Should I avoid simple sugars while doing IGF-Lr3?

Should I avoid simple carbs for the entire 5 weeks I am on IGF or just on the days I shoot(3 days a week)??

I normally consume 100 grams of simple sugars after my workouts...but should I stop doing that becasue of the IGF?

What are your goals while on IGF? Why would you want to not consume carbs?

it would be wise to carry around simple sugars just incase you get hypoglycemic symptoms... IGF can cause a drop in your blood sugar just like insulin ...just not as severe.

Well I do want to consume carbs and continue having my simple carbs after my workouts...I just read in an old thread where redbaron said that he would avoid simple sugars while he was doing a cycle because of the increase in insulin sensitivity....that's all.

my goal is to heal my chronic tendonsis in my elbows which is where I will be injecting PWO.

Simple carbs are a vgood idea with IGF IMO.

It INSULIN like growth factor meaning that it will have an effect on blood sugar levels, you can get away with complex carbs but quick carbs will produce more insulin spike around IGF inj time and therefore you will prob get better results.
