    Post slin & GH nutrition...

OK so this isn't necessarily just specific to post slin & GH but thats when I'll be doing it...

How important do you think it is to seperate your (dex + creatine + glut/BCAA) shake from your whey and how long do you seperate them by?

I realise the theory is to stop the glut/BCAA from having to "compete" for uptake with the aminos in the whey but I have never really understood this - surely in the PWO window plus with the administration of slin & GH you will assimilate damn near everything that you consume, the more lovely nutrients the better, no? - After all whole protein contains glutamine and BCAAs and we absorb them fine when we eat whole protein....

    Why though?

Because of the "competing for absorption" idea or another reason?

Would you mind explaining "competing absorption" please mate as I am a bit sceptical of this theory.
