HGH Injections

1st time using hgh. I've used AAS before. I've done some reading, but there's no real directions on injecting. Atleast as detailed as on AAS. Is there a more effective method sub v. musc.? I've never sub injected.. aspirate ?

Sub q injections are easy and good because the GH has localized effects on fat loss. If your body fat is reasonably low you can probably see where your veins are and wont hit one. So you wont need to aspirate . I have gotten a bruise at the injection site twice now, so clearly my body fat isnt low enough yet. . You can use a 29 or 30 gauge insulin needle .5" long. Hope this helps.

GH didn't have any localized effects on me but my IGF numbers whent from 263 to 413 at 5iu's 5/2.

I posted a pretty good link i found a little while ago with a mini video on how to sub q inject its in here somewhere. Pinch the skin etc. its painless but you should know what you are doing
