Im new to IGF and have been researching it for a little while. I couldnt find a straight answer to this question, though it mite be a dumb question to begin with. I was wondering if one was only to use IGF post workout and not on non-training days (which im pretty sure is a correct method) shooting one body part exclusively for site grow. I only work shoulders once a week, would I shoot them after each workout?, even thought it wasnt a shoulder workout? im very confused on this.
