    Cutting IGF

Before you all jump me, this is not a dosing or measuring question. My question is simply, do I have to cut IGF. I have run several cycles of IGF in the past, and I have only cut the IGF for maybe two of them. Other than not getting a slight sting is there any other reason I should cut the IGF? I have recently heard that the AA may possibly kill cells in the area injected (although honestly, your getting the same amount of AA regardless so I don't see how cutting could help). So, what do you guys think? I would really like some input on this because it is really bothering me. Thanks.

Yeah, alot of people do it for that reason, but personally I don't find it to be all that painfull and probably the biggest reason I don't cut it, is that I feel like the needle goes in the skin easier without pushing it through two stoppers before I inject. I guess my main concern is that I heard an internet rumor about AA killing muscle cells, although I know alot of people use the bubble method (like me) and never cut it. I would also like to know what everyone thinks about the AA killing muscle cells.

Well...is it ok to just reconstitute with Nacl and avoid AA altogether?

Some have said yes....I don't know personally.

No, it will degrade faster. Also, I know next to nothing about nacl besides that it can be very harmful (can kill you) if you inject enough of it (this was told to be by a guy who ran a compounding pharmacy, so I believe him). Both of those possibilities keep me from reconstituting with it nacl.

no...you should not reconstitute 1mg vials of igf with nacl...use acetic acid

although if you are using 100mcg amps of igf, which you will use within 1-2 days...then nacl will be fine

yeah i have heard contradictive theories regarding the reaction of AA & muscle cells....

i dont think there are any definitive studies on this...granted we are only injecting about 0.1ml of AA at a time, but to be safer, i prefer to use a buffer/dilutant when injecting (even though 2 stoppers really kills the sharpness of those little slin pins)

Anybody else know anything about this subject? I have seen it discussed on a few other boards, but there was no one who really knew much about what they were talking about. Maybe we have a doctor or a chemist in here?
