    first run w/ igf1-lr3

    this will be my first run w/ igf1-lr3 and had a few questions. first my stats,
    age: mid 30's
    been working out about 25 years
    bf% is about 7%.
    too many aas cycles to count
    currently running
    test 1gram per week
    tren 750mg/week
    nandrolone 400mg/week
    anavar 630mg/week
    hgh 20iu/week

    goals for adding igf are increased lean gains, strength and fat loss.
    thinking about adding igf1-lr3. dosed at:
    100mg at 3 times per week.
    bi-laterial injects pwo in muscle that was trained.
    4 weeks on 6 to 8 weeks off.
    It's my understanding that it is reconstituted like hgh. 1cc of bw in a 100mcg vile. then I would put 1/2 a cc (the 50iu mark) in each muscle.

    my questions, is this a good beginers dose? is this overkill? am I right about my understanding about reconstitution.
    any comments or suggestions are appreciated.

    You mean 100mcg not 100mg, anyway I am sure you know what I mean. I would take it at 5 x per week PWO. 100mcg p/day 5 times per week is good IMO. However, this being your first cycle I would start on a lower dose, around 40mcg p/day and increase if necessary. You will find that you may not even need 100mcg p/day.

    The time on/off you are having is good. Yes IGF is treated like GH when it comes to mixing. There are a few threads on here about how to reconsititute IGF, I'll see if I can find them for you.

    As I said, start on 40mcg, and work your way up.
