question about getting insulin thru mail
I found some .com's in canada and Im worried about it, my insulin , shipping at room temp. should I be concerned or is this common practice?

they usually send w/ cold packs and it will be fine

Tai hit it right on the head. Most will send with an ice pack and express ship it.

There are also certain types of insulin that last for approx 30 days at room temp.

As long as it's not exposed to heat, you should be right. But ensure your supplier sends it with an ice pack anyway, you never know.
