im starting this thread because i believe gear deserves this honor. gear has helped me with every question i have ask, stupid or not, he is there with his opinion and great advice. if you have ask a question on this forum then im sure gear has been there to help you.(i know this because every thread says, im not sure wait till gear responds) so let us bump this man to the top. thanks gear

I have not been logging in much lately...but from what I have seen, if it was not for Gear the majority of people would not have answers on this forum.

I rarely post here, but I read alot in this section since I don't know jack about growth factors. Not only does Gear provide lots of good info, but he doesn't come across like a know-it-all, cynical juice veteran like some of the board veterans out there.

Yup, gotta agree with everyone, not just one of the most helpful guys on here but also one of the few that I don't believe I have ever seen disrespect anyone in any way.
