    IGF1 good for cutting ?

I've read that when on IGF1 you loose fat and you're anti-catabolic. So I was wondering, would it be a good one to use on a cutting diet ? And in what dose ?

IGF can be used when cutting yes. If this is your first time, start on about 40mcg PWO.

That would be had to answer as everyone is different, it really depends on the person, but the IGF will will increase the chances of muscle growth which is excatly what you want when cutting. Usually when people cut though, they tend to loose muscle as well as fat, it's very difficult to loose fat only but once again each to their own.

IGF is a more potent anti-catabolic than it is a fat burner. As far as I know most don't find that as an acute property of IGF. Running it while cutting as Gear mentioned is going to help you stave off muscle loss - you're going to want to be using something more potent for losing the fat.
