first cycle- hgh/test from a fat guy
OK Her goes. I spent the last 2 months doing core trainning and lost 17 lbs. Now i am at 5,9 172lbs. 22.8% body fat and approx 64.5lbs muscle. I am using a HOmedics body fat/ muscle scale. I know they are not totaly accurate but i figure it will help show trends. Just started and 8 week cycle of GH 3iu per day for a week then upto 4 and test 100mg every 3 days. Changing workouts from whole body. Any advice that anyone could give would be appreciated.

First of all, congratulations on the weight loss. It certainly takes a lot of time and effort to achieve such goal.
As for your cycle, in my honest opinion, at 22%BF I would say there is still plenty room for loosing that excess fat/weight naturally. Since you have already lost 17LB, I am sure you're doing something right, so a good diet, cardio and training schedule is all you need to concentrate on at the moment.
Once you start struggling with gains, then you can think about using something to give you a bit of a boost.
Also, if you do decide to want to use some kind of drug to help you loose weight, I probably wouldn't suggest using HGH. HGH can benefit in fat loss, but I believe there are cheaper and more effective alternatives out there. Clen has always helped me loose that excess weight so perhaps that's something you might want to look into first. It's a lot cheaper, and if used properly you'll find that it's quite effective too.
I am not a big fan of using test when trying to loose weight. I see you are trying to save muscle while loosing fat which is fine, but if your main goal is to loose BF then I would take the risk of loosing a bit of muscle also. It's very hard to loose fat but not loose muscle. Lean up, then build the muscle.
If you do decide to use HGH, then 2 - 4IU should be enough for fat loss, but like I said, at 22%BF, I strongly believe you can loose more weight naturally. You have lost 17LB already, why start changing things now? You are doing so well, keep on doing what you're doing.

Right now i am switching to trying to gain muscle. My body fat is high but overall I look too small. So the GH hopefully will help keep body fat from rising too much as my caloric intake(from eating clean) goes way up. At least thats the plan. I am 37 years old and just started back at the gym couple of months ago from a 5year lay off. My goal isnt a ripped one but maybe gain 15-20lbs of muscle and go down to 13% body fat. Not sure of time line yet. Any suggestions?

Dropping from 22% to 13% is not an easy task. Gaining 15 - 20LB of muscle is also going to be a mission. In other words, it'll take a while to achieve what you want to achieve, and there is nothing wrong with that because results don't occur over night.
You're at a good age to use HGH, certainly not too old, but HGH will do you some good at your age. I would start on 3IU and increase the dose if necessary. If you want to use test, I'd probably use something that won't cause too much water retention, perhaps test propionate is a good idea at this time. 500mgs of this compound per week and 3IU of HGH p/day should deliver some nice gains (providing your diet, cardio and training is in tact).

Thanks for your support! Yesterday morning was when i started. I am using Test propionate so at least i am in right direction. I allready notice difference in strength and focus at the gym(maybe just in my head). I was going to do 250mg a week so 500mg is alot more!

Thanks again! From what I have read most of this forum is for athletic dudes looking for next level so i thought some people might be interested in results from a different view. I will post results weekly. Any more thoughts from anyone would be appreciated!

An older post refered to eating 1 hour before and 2 hours after GH injections. Is that true?

OK Here is the 1st weeks results. Not sure of the accuracy of the scales but at least it shows a decent trend.

I did have a couple of questions about Nolvadex . Should I be using it during my cycle or waiting for symptoms first? If waiting for symtoms what should i look for?

Look for tenderness around your nipples. I have never had any issues with gyno so I can only go by what my friends tell me and what I read.

Thanks...does using nolvadex slow the progress?
I was also reviewing the PCT forum and read about taking Clomid throughout cycle and post. Anybody have any thoughts of this?

Sazien to Jin
I have an 8 week supply of Sazien and using 4 ui's a day. I am trying to get more to increase the cycle to 6 months. The only GH i can seem to get is Jin.
Is it ok to switch brands? If so how much should i use a day to equal the 4 ui's of Sazien?
