    Permanent GH bloat

I did gh earlier in the year for about 3 months and at the end was up at 4iu/ED. I had problems with the bloating throughout all 3 months and figured it would go away once I was done. It has been 4 months since I stopped and it still seems as though I kept some of the bloat and definitely have a tendency to bloat up after meals or even drinking water. Any input/suggestions?

It's usually water retention that causes the bloatnes feeling. However, that's not the only thing that can cause bloatenes. I usually get bloated when I eat a lot, but wether it's food or water retention, these kind of bloatneses usually go away pretty fast. I am very surpised that you still feel bloated. Are you taking any AAS? Or are you taking anything that may cause your body to produce excess fluids? Perhaps that little bit of bloatness you are experiencing could be a bit of fat you gained?

No AAS at the moment but I started doing mma training again and kind of been not paining attention to the diet as much, especially with carbs since I need them more than ever. I did gain about 10lb from the HGH cycle earlier in the year but I always felt like it was more water weight than anything else. Primary reason I ask is because I even wake up in the morning and feel and look more bloated. I do try to drink alot of water throughout the day but I've never had this problem before.
It probably is due to some fat gain and perhaps the extra carbs so I may have to rethink that. Thanks for the input Gear.

Perhaps, cause I did start taking more supplements again and drinking more protein.

So, was it due to extra fat or that your body just needed to get cleansed?
