You really need to research more bro, but I'll be nice. Yes you can run it however long or short u want. Its not a buildup drug like test, its instant. But be warned, too long can really fvck u up. You'll shut down ur pancreas and become insulin resistant, and that is definately NOT good!!

I haven't come across a study yet about insulin causing harsh side effects if used on long term bases. Most will follow the 4 ON/OFF protocol as that method has been proven to work very well with minimal sides.

Some certainly breach the 4 weeks mark, no question about that. As a matter of fact I know of a few users who have used insulin for a year straight with no issues. Wether issues may occur down the track is beyond me, but we could also ask the same question about the 4 week ON/OFF protocol, so go figure.

Without seeing a study, it's hard to accurately say what way of using insulin would be best.

I say stick to using insulin for a maximum of 4 weeks in a row. So, wether you use it 4 weeksn ON/OFF, 2 weeks ON/OFF 3 weeks ON/OFF, it don't matter just don't breach the 4 week mark because so many users follow the 4 week protocol and never report any problems. Having said that, I would say that's probably your safest path for now.
