    You can break up the dose into 2 x 2.5IU shots, or you can take the 5IU at once. If you are going to have multiple doses, have a shot in the AM upon waking up and early afternoon.

    The advantages of breaking up the dose is that your body will always react and absorb better to smaller portions, and this goes for anything even when we consume food. Having said this, 5IU is not a huge amount so taking 5IU at once should cause you no issues, but you can still split the dose just to be safe.

    I guess one dis-advantage of having more than one shot per day is that there is more chance of interrupting your natural production, so you have a good point there, but that's why there are certain times when you should take HGH like upon waking up as that's when your body is less than likely to produce it's own spurt of GH.

    If you train in the early afternoon, you can have a shot PWO or prior workout. However, if you are going to have a shot prior workout, don't have a shot right before you train as your body tends to sometimes produce its own HGH while training and if that was the case you would be interrupting your natural production. So I say have a shot a few hrs before you train, or PWO as stated above. That's the way I see it anyway.
