    Slin Pre workout

    Guys I have tried all types of slin post workout even before each meal at diferent dosages and it seams that nothing happens, so I was thinking of trying slin pre-workout to see what it does, I know that this is dangerous but Im sure I want to try it , I heard that it gives a good pump, So what Im asking is if u guys could tell me the procedures to take slin pre workout.

    You won't feel much when using insulin wether you use it pre-workout or PWO. This drug isn't very beneficial in the strength/weight field and that's why you'll feel like it isn't working. However, it is beneficial for recovery but this is something we canot feel, so once again that's why you shouldn't really notice or feel much when using insulin (apart from side effects).

    Insulin is mostly beneficial PWO. It is there to shuttle nutrients into cells which is very important. I don't like the idea of using insulin pre-workout. I never really got a pump from using it pre-workout and even if I did, I would much rather use it PWO than pre-workout. Recovery is more important than getting a pump.

    If you are going to use it pre-workout, use a fast acting insulin and have a shot immidietly before training. This way you should start feeling it about 15min through training. I really don't advise this as running insulin this way is very dangerous and there are no real benefits to it. Ensure you have plenty of sugary drinks on you while training and make sure you consume these sugars frequently throughout your training session.

    Once again I don't advise anyone using insulin pre-workout, it will do nothing for you. Use it PWO and even though you won't feel much it will actually help you recover a lot better and save more muscle cells. If you do this for a while, it can really make a difference.

    What dose are you using PWO? I love Slin and the fullness I feel! I must admit i don't feel as ful as i did once i started but I'm as strong as ever.

    I've heard of guys doing early in the AM and PWO with good results. Compared to just PWO but I'll ask thm again and see if it's worth it...
