    HGH vs Breakfast

    First some info on me to make sure my stuff is in order. I'm 22, 6'3", 208lbs, 15% body fat . I've been working out for the last 3.5 yrs consistently, and I have done 2 small cycles of test that went well. I don't want to risk sides again until I reach a point where I think I'm short natural test. So I have turned to gH for lean muscle mass and fat reduction over the abs. I'm currently running gH somatropin; started w/2 ius in the middle of the night, and I was easing my way up .5 ius more every week. Next week I will be @ 4iu's and stay there till I run out of cash flow. I will shoot 2 in the night and 2 in the morn. So far I feel good, I'm lifting heavy, my skin is much better, and I'm up 5lbs. Only bad side is I do cardio after my shot when I roll out of bed so I get pretty dizzy.

    Couple Q's: First does everything match up, besides no test, should I be doing anything differently because of my age?

    Second I'm really confused about a proper breakfast schedule. I'm super hungry in the morning and I get dizzy doing cardio after a gH poke, where does breakfast fit in? Should I be waiting one hour before I eat, I feel like it's dangerous? I want abs, but not at the cost of passing out in the middle of the road.

    Last I was wondering if it's safe to poke anywhere on the stomach. The gH seems to be reducing the fat where I put it so I have been going all over like dead center and above the belly button.

    only thing i can really see, or suggest is to not inject before you go to bed.. you are cheating yourself out of your natural pulse of GH that happens when you are asleep..

    2iu am
    2iu after noon, or late afternoon.. at least 4 hours before bedtime..

    a light cycle of aas will do wonders right in the middle of the gh cycle..

    Cool ya I meant to say I usually take it four hours or so into sleep. I drink a ton of H2O before bed so that I wake up for a shot. Thanks bro

    The AM and mid-night doses is a good option. Even though HGH is great for fat loss, it will take a while till you see some serious lean gains from HGH. At your age, you will need a fair bit of HGH to see good gains but since you're after fat loss 3 - 4IU should be fine.

    As for breakfast, have your breaky about 1hr post injection.

    And as for AAS, like spy suggested, some AAS at the moment would help you quite a bit.

    IMO, I wouldn't be using HGH at all for fat loss. It's an expensive way to loose BF, no question about it. If I were you I would follow a good diet, train hard and take some clen . Do this for 8 - 12 weeks and you will get better gains than what HGH can offer within that time in terms of fat loss.

    You can inject HGH anywhere where you can pinch fat. But since HGH seems to be spot reducing fat then I say shoot it where ever there is fat that needs to be shedded.
