    Nighttime GH shots: Good or bad?

    This is a response I got on another post, what do you guys think?

    That is an old school thinking,taking your gh injection at night doesn't interfer with your own body gh secretion.They are a lot of people using it this way with great gains and feedbacks.

    depends on age, if below 25, inject upon wakin up, if older than 30 than inject before sleep.

    Yes I agree. After around 30 natty production begins to slightly decline but not nearly enough to turn to PM injections.

    I'd listen to Gear and stick with AM unless you're in your mid to upper 40's. BW is obviously the best way to tell, throwing numbers out are only an estimate.
