HGH and its effect on IGF1

Just a thought, I know most people advocate daily or 5/2 splits for HGH but their is a school of thought for blasting or running very high doses 3 times a week... also and issue with timing as some people believe you should wait an hour after your injection to consume carbs as they compete for absorption...What if one were to use HGH say... 5IU's 1 shot pre workout 3x per week and insulin PWO with appropriate Nutrition to support it... would that not be the most ideal situation to promote muscle growth? Spiking ones IGF lvls and then slamming nutrients into the muscle.... and wouldnt one be able to see significant short term gains... from this type of therapy? Just a thought...

Having a shot before a workout session will results in a hit or miss situtaion. It may not be a good idea take HGH before a training session because sometimes when we have an extra intense workout session your body tends to produce its own HGH, and if that would be the case then the HGH you injected before your training session would interupt your natural production. However, if you can somehow be sure (which I can't see happening) that your body won't produce its own HGH while training then a HGH shot before your workout session would be quite beneficial.

When it comes to HGH dosing times, it really doesn't matter when you take it as long as you ensure you are not interupting your natural production and as long as you know there won't be any nutrient absorption issues because HGH + carbs isn't excatly the best idea.
