Gear, to quote you in another thread (to me) you stated:

Keep your levels between 70 and a 110. Anymore than 110 means you may be storing fat. If you are on the lower end of that scale then you don't need to worry about fat storage. If you can eat heaps and keep your levels between those numbers, you are doing well.


My meter reads in mmol/L so on an empty stomach I read 6.1

What measure are you refering to and any ideas what the conversion is?
