Hight growth?

I really don't know what happened to my last thread so I'm making a new one.
Sorry, I'm new in this.

But as I was about to say in my last thread..
I'm eating like a horse, and always has. But that's not helping me achieving my goals.
I want to get 5.8 (1.75 cm)+ and I think I have to take chemicals to get to that hight.
I have all my life to grow muscles but only now I have a chance at growing in hight, so that is my priority right now.

By the way, I have been training since I was 13 and began serious weightlifting when I was 16.
But I have had a break the last two years. So I know a lot about bodybuilding, but less about anabolic steroids , HGH and so on.
So thats what I need to learn more about.

So what will help me grow in hight?

I appreciate answers (that hopefully teaches me what I need to know)

I just turned 20, one week ago actually

So there is nothing I can do to grow in hight
if my growth plates isn't fused? That isn't
what I've learned by readng other threads..?

they are most likely closed but you couold do what the asians do to be 8' tall ley on a bed and get machines on ur legs and arms and strech urself out lol

There is no way that I am aware of to gain any height once your growth plates have fused.

the misconception that GH will make you grow taller if your growth plates have not fused is a common one. In theory injecting Human Growth Hormone before the plates fuse could well make the bones grow longer aswell as denser. This is not a guarantee by any means, and using GH to successfully grow taller is likely incredibly rare (please someone correct me on this as i am just stating what I have seen so far). Using GH in this way will more than likely make you grow out of proportion, resulting in pain and problems short term, and much worse in the long term.

At 20, you will most likely have stopped growing, and even if you havent, GH wont do a great deal for you as far as making you taller.

Sorry mate, but unless you somehow have a growth spurt very soon, your current height is as tall as your gonna get

I belive I am 5.6 in your scale. In cm I am 1.72..

Anavar can help me grow taller? I have been reading about Anavar and the
closest I can come to hight-growth is that it doesn't stop you from growing
in hight - like some other steroids do due to estrogen convertion in high doses?

Anavar is an oral anabolic steroid and doesn't promote bone growth? Correct me if I'm wrong..
