I'll but in for goose here, sorry goose I just got too much time on my hands mate
HGH can certainly help with endurance, it is usually lower doses that are required for this benefit. As for insulin , insulin as you know will help with recovery, and you always want greater recovery on your side if you are after endurance.

aha i understand,so on this kind of cycle(for this purpose) you need lower doses than 4ui/day(gh) and another good question-I HAVE NEVER READ SOMEWHERE HOW MUCH INSULIN YOU SHOULD USE DEPEND ON YOUR'S GH.in my opinion you can't use the same dose of insulin for 4ui/day and the same dose for 10/ui.this goes also for T4.there are not info about how much insulin you should use for every ui of gh more?and also T4...

In most cases, users who are after greater endurance generally don't need anymore than 4IU p/day. However, since everyone reacts differently I wouldn't be surprised if there are users who require more than 4IU for benefits as such, but I've given you a basic guideline to follow if you are after greater endurance and/or recovery.
I have always used about 10IU insulin PWO wether I used HGH or not, and have always used 100mcg of T4 p/day when using HGH. I've never had any issues doing this.

do you don't need an pct after insulin because i know that exogenous insulin shutdown your's own production of insulin.how do you handle this after a cycle?

If you're a beginner, I suggest using insulin on training days only (PWO). But to answer your question, yes insulin can be taken on non training days as well. Having said that, keep in mind that this drug is mostly beneficial after an intense trainig session, so if you are planning on taking insulin then you defenitely need to take it on training days.
I would usually cycle insulin about 4 - 6 weeks ON/OFF. I have followed this protocol many times and never had any problems.
When it comes to insulin, you won't really feel much from it. As a matter of fact it will feel like you are not using anything. I will tell you why. Insulin doesn't really deliver major strength and weight gains so you won't feel anything in that department. However, insulin does help with recovery, but recovery gains is something you also canot feel. So if used properly, you will get some nice recovery gains but you won't feel/see much from it.
Metformin will help you control your blood glucose, but it's not necessary. I have used many compounds such as HGH, insulin and IGF which all effect your blood glucose and never felt the need to use something to help me control my blood glucose. I have always controlled my blood glucose, well, I guess you could say naturally (without the use of any drugs).
No PCT is required after using insulin. So far there has been no study showing that "insulin use" can permenantly shutdown your natural production or effect your natural production in any way. Having said this, it doesn't mean it's safe to cycle insulin forever. Since there has been no studies carried out regarding this we actually don't know where to draw the line in terms of how long one could use insulin for without effecting their own production. As I said above I have used insulin many times 4 - 6 weeks ON/OFF with success and that's what I will continue to do every time I use insulin.
