how do you skip a day?

2ui's 5/2. There are times when I am away a couple days during the 5. Is there a certain way to deal with days that I miss? ie start again at day one etc.

Just try not to miss too many days too often, but as vette said don't worry about the missed days, just continue your cycle as scheduled.

Thanks very much. That leads to another question. Is reconstituted GH useless after being stored at room temp for more than 24 hours? I know it should be stored between 2-8C but never really found out how quickly it degenerates.

this is something I'm not too sure about. If you were to be leaving the hgh at room temperature, at least make sure that you use bacteriostatic water when you reconstitute it.
