    what to use w/ T3?

    I'm trying to burn some fat and add lean muscle. Diet is relatively clean, cardio 5 days a week, weight training every other day. I ordered some clen and T3, but i think the clen will squirrel me out too much, so i was wondering about the hgh peptide, or is the IGF a better choice? I've read till i'm cross eyed, and still confused, i'm not very bright. Thanks...

    hgh 177-191 will be very useful for fat loss.

    IGF is usually used more for muscle mass.

    Also, be careful with T3, as it can be abused. Make sure you get regular blood work done. DO a blood test before you begin so that you know what your natural levels are supposed to be.

    I don't think you need any of those if you want to shed fat. Clean diet, cardio and a good training schedule is all you need, then, if you really start struggling with gains I would probably use a bit of clenbuterol but I don't believe the rest of the compounds are necessary.
